legislation pending forever

I think this might be a bug. My country was created last Friday. And I responded to the first issue immediately. My issue frequency is set to 2 per day. However, even now (after a full week), the first issue is still 'legislation pending'. And there isn't any new issue. (I never select that 'vacation mode'.)

... and Royalgriffin's population is still set at the original value of only 5 million, too, so apparently the nation just isn't updating at all!

Which obviously means that the fix is simple. Royalgriffin needs to change regions.

Yep. You can leave and come right back if you like your current region. Your nation just needs to reset its region flag in order to rejoin the regular update.
