Hey,

I'm not sure if this is a bug or actually a part of game play, but as regional Delegate, I can no longer update my region's World Factbook Entry due to "insufficient influence". I thought only password, eject and banning were effected by regional influence?

As a deligate, everything in the Regional Control effects the amount of Influence that you have/spend. The only time you don't have to use Influence for anything is if you are the regions Founder.

I'm pretty sure that is supposed to be free, actually. Make sure your web browser isn't filling in parts of the form for you. It may be trying to set the password again.
