I have started a region and I have no idea on how to recruit!

It's easy simply sedn nations you want to join telegrams & hopefully they join. Since you just started though you might want to come up with a really good reason why they should move to your region.

Basically, you're only allowed to recruit in the game-created regions and the Gameplay forum, and only one ad in a 24 hour period.

How do I find other nations?

By looking in each of the regions & finding the natios that interest you like the west Pacific has many nations some ne some some dead. If need more info send me a telegram.

Sending recruitment telegrams to nations in player-created regions is against the rules.
Placing recruitment posts on RMBs of player-created regions is against the rules. Visit the One-Stop Rules Shop (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?p=8784627), post #2 (spamming)for the permitted methods of recruiting.

In other words, you may ONLY advertise in the feeders (the_pacific,the_north_pacific, the_south_pacific, the_east_pacific, the_west_pacific) and the_rejected_realms and lazarus. You may neither put RMB ads nor telegram nations directly for the purpose of recruiting in any other area. You may only post ONE recruitment message per 24 hour period in each of these places.
