Why am I receiving a warning when I'm only playing one nation?

Title says it all. I'm only playing one nation, but I received a warning that I would be kicked from the UN for having two nations on it.

Why is that?

Are you sharing a computer with anybody else who might be running a UN nation through it? As the Mods obviously can't see how many different people are using each computer they have to work on the presumption that multiple UN nations on a single computer all belong to a single player...

Oh right, that should be it. How do I solve it? If the mods base themselves on that, they probably won't buy my story...

Figure out whoever it is that's also got a UN nation and make 'em stop, pretty much. Or find a way to share a single UN nation. Unfortunately (in this case, probably fortunately for most other cases) we don't have cameras installed in your house that will let us know who is using your computer. Thus in the interests of being fair, it's best for us to limit UN nations to one per computer. This does create some unfortunate cases where computers are being legitimately shared, but it also prevents foul cheaters from amassing influence and votes and so forth by creating multiple nations and claiming that it's their family/roommates/pets/whatever.

I know who it is. The thing I'll do is stop to use this specific computer to access the game, should solve things.

Thanks anyway!
