Issue with "Issues"

Ok so I'm somewhat new but I'm pretty sure what's happening to me shouldnt be. I have so far recieved three issues, two of which were the exact same issue. The first time I passed legislation for it and now I'm recieving the same issue, AGAIN. Also after I chose an option I find a while later that the issue has been dismissed. And then if I chose it again and then immediately go to the issue screen it says I still have dismissed it, so I need to do it a third time. After a few times it stops changing to "dismissed". And maybe the two problems are connected because I only got the problem on the issue that repeated itself twice. I never had to reselect my stance on the issue I recieved once.

With regards to the issue repetition, read this (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=313282). As for the wrong outcome, do you use a web accelerator?

Web accelerators cause problems with NS. You need to turn it off. And, yes, it's not too unusual to get the same issue twice in one week.

... for this site. Most web accelerators allow for the provision of a 'whitelist' or something similar. You can continue to use it for your other browsing as long as you disable it for *.nationstates.net.*
