Does anyone here know where I can find a list of the regional influence ranks?
Could someone tell me how much influence is required to set a password, with enabling the residents to see it and without?

They're deliberately keeping that a secret, if I'm not mistaken. Can't remember exactly where I read about it though. Probably somewhere under Technical.

They're keeping the official list a secret, but there's at least one accurate-looking unofficial version that's been compiled: I'll look for a link to it later on, if nobody else has posted one hre by then...
