I'm in a region that was founded by me a long time ago. Thing is, that account doesn't exist anymore and my new one is now in the same region (for a time someone else was the only nation).

I wanted regional power back so I got UN delegate and it worked, but as the UN delegate, and with no region founder still around, what happens if I uncheck the box that gives the UN delegate access? Does it close everyone out permanently?

If the Founder's dead, the UN Delegate automatically gets access to Regional Controls. You can uncheck the box all you want, but you should still have access.

If that Founder simply disappeared due to prolonged inactivity, and wasn't actively deleted by the Mods as a punishment for misbehaviour, then you could ask the Mods to restore it for you using the 'Getting Help Requests' link from the FAQ page...

Nah, that founder was my old nation, but I don't mind not having it back. I mean the only reason it was deleted was because of the inactivity limit. I have a new one so its fine, I was just wondering what would happen if I unchecked the delegate box...
