Hello, my nation of The Smart Communities of Intelligenstan, has in the recent week and a half or so not changed its Civil Rights, Economy, and Political Freedoms. I am aware that many issues have no direct effect on these, but yet I have been responding to every issue (2 per day) in the past two weeks and many which I would have expected to change the categories drastically didn't do so.

Is this my imagination or very common? Or is something wrong?

Please help.

Call it "political inertia". The larger your nation grows, the harder it is for something like issues to affect it.

It'll get worse, not better, as you grow.

ok thanks. It just seemed like a sudden change because a week ago every single issue changed it and then it hasn't changed for a whole 10 days.
