I believe I am correct in thinking that the banlist limit for all regions (feeders anyway) is 200 nations; this dates back to the time of Franco's Spain when it was implemented.

Since I am currently experiencing somewhat of an insurgency as Delegate in The North Pacific and am rapidly reaching the limit, I would just like to know what the purpose of the limit actually is? And unlikely I know, but is there any possibility it could be increased or even removed?

Frankly, there's not much point in having a ban list at all in a feeder region. You can't stop new nations from coming in. Any limit will have the same problem, so there's no point in increasing it. Delegates in other regions can set a password to deal with the problem. If somebody else gets more legitimate endorsements than you, that's just life.
