How many endorsements is it possible to give? Should each nation be limited to maybe one or two endorsements? in order to eradicate the "I endorsed you, so you endorse me" style politics which somewhat lessens the achievement of being a representative...just a thought.
It depends on how many endorsements YOU recieve. If you get 2 endorsements you can give 2 endorsements. 'Endorsement Swapping' is illegal in feeder regions/ non nation made regions but can be done in most others.

Wrong, Riopo. You can give as many endorsements as there are UN nations in your region.
