I submitted a proposal about 10 days ago, can't find a thing about it anywhere wondering if theres a way to check the history of a delegates proposals or the ones that failed.

Proposals have a shelf life of 3-4 days before being autodeleted by the UN. That's how long you have to get enough approvals to hit the floor. Failing that, you can resubmit and try again ... assuming it was legal. Incidentally, not all illegal proposals are mod deleted. Sometimes the legality is marginal, it doesn't have enough votes, and we don't bother. Other times (such as the current "Max Barry Day" idiocy) it just sneaks past us.

No record is kept of game-deleted proposals - neither tiles, text, nor delegates who approved. Mod-deleted telegrams are logged only by title. If you want to track that sort of information, you have to pay closer attention.
