Is there anyway to increase my military strength, i realize that issues come once a day, and take all to be approved, but i do increase my defense, it says my defense is horrible. Thanks;)

you have to just wait for the right issues to come up, reject any solution that dips into military funds, and pick pro-military responses to your issues. Other than that, it's all time and patience

You can also change your settings so that issues come twice every day. That might help the odds of getting some military issues.
