I've been logging onto Nation States for nearly a week... ok not quite that long waiting for another resolution proposal to pass the approval stage.

Thought crossed my mind that maybe it might be a good idea that each proposal required not as many approvals.

This would mean that proposals would more often get through to a proper UN vote and could be decided upon by the greater population.

Would this require much code alteration, if so just ignore me and my imagination :)

This crops up every time there's a dry spell of more than 2 or so days. There are no plans, and no real need to reduce the number of approvals required. Were we to have, say, a month-long drought, it might be considered.
