Links to your wiki page, your region site, your blog, your Facebook - fine.
Links to your eBay page, your commercial site, your other favorite game ... meh. Not great, but usually not spam.
Links to your favorite porn site, your favorite Jew-bashing site, other forbidden sites - nope.
