Sorry if this tread already exist but I've been looking for it for days and I found nothing.
Can someone tell me how to vote a resolution ?

You have to wait for a proposal to come to vote first. When one does, it appears on the UN page; links at the bottom will say [Vote for] [Vote against]. Click one.

(Or, if you're referring to the list of proposals (http://www.nationstates.net/-1/page=UN_proposal), those aren't at vote yet; only UN Delegates can approve those. See here (http://www.nationstates.net/page=faq#UN).)
