The Military Dominion of Funkenschteiner has undergone numerous policy changes in the last few weeks, and has chosen to celebrate our new outlook by instituting a new flag - one much more convivial and colorful than the previous one, while still reflecting our commitments to piracy and totalitarianism. So much for the good news.
Despite the fact that the new flag is well under the limit of 10KB, we are still getting the message that it exceeds that same limit every time we attempt to upload it. Anybody have any clue why that is, and how to circumvent it?
