Over the last month or two I find that issues already addressed, keep on appearing after sometime as unaddressed. Why should this happen? I usually address issues after about 4-5 have accumalted and a select few make a re-appearance. This is quite bugging. If there is lack of fresh issues to address on a daily basis does not matter, better than having to deal with stale ones.
