I recently visited the United Earthling Storefront to buy some military supplies (weapons, vehicles, and the like) and to determine my budget I used the Dossier utility here (http://nsdossier.texasregion.net/).
But how long is a year if you use statistics like this? The main issue is that I don't know if I should increase my military budget. If a year isn't very long, I can just wait and order supplies year to year. If it's really long, I'd rather have more money each year to get a respectable military up and running quickly.
