I don't know if it is normal I guess it is not but I voted today again! (it was my first issue two days ago) about compulsory voting!!! I guess issues are not only the 3 I had till now so I guess it is a bug. Maybe related to the fact that I changed from one issue daily to two issues per weekday to two issues per day and finally settled to two issues per weekday.
Still I guess issues I have already voted for should have been striked out from the random pool for my nation unless a valid reason like a recently passed UN resolution warranted a revisit on the subject (though I don't think that is feasible to code this likelyhood and I guess it is simpler just not to resend issues to nations).
I will appreciate any reply from ppl in the know of the inner workings of the game.
