For some reason, when I attempted to change a regional password, the page that came up was something like this.

I could still change the password without any problems, but I sense the sweet scent of broken code. That, or it's just me.

Were there any nations in the region at the time? I got the same error when I tried to access the RC of an empty region, but it went away after I moved a puppet into the region.

No; the region was an empty wasteland, devoid of nations.

When the region is empty, you get an undefined variable or something like a 'divide by zero' error. Pythagosaurus says he has a fix in place, but it's not worth restarting the game to fix.

It'll go in with the next batch of minor fixes, I'm sure.
