Minor glitch in Region Control
I recently created a temporary region named "Bronx". I left it, and tried to enter the Region Controls and got a strange error message. AFAICT, it only happens with empty regions. Probably not too important, but I wanted to mention it.

Aha.
Try reentering the temporary region -- then going to Regional Controls should work properly. It looks like this happens when you are in another region (possibly another region you've founded?) and try to access the Regional Controls of the second region.
I'll show this to our code people.
I just moved one of my puppets in there, and now I can access the Regional Controls from outside the region.

Yep, I noticed that as well... fortunately it seems to be a cosmetic fault more than anything else.
