Perhaps regions with zero members could be deleted? I went hunting for a new region today, and had to sift through lots of empty regions with silly names, (0, 00, 000, 0000, 00000, 000000, 0000000...) :rolleyes:

People created and reside in those regions. You may be confusing the number of UN members vs. the number of actual nations within those regions. The middle column tells how many actual nations reside in the regions -- the far right one tells how many UN members are there.
I believe region 0 is a placeholder... and there is no 00 that I can see... the rest are populated.

Which table are you looking at? The list of regions has the UN Delegate in the right column, where "--None--" means no delegate. Not 'no UN nations'.
