Kay, last Thursday I got an issue about Information Technology workers on strike. Being the evil dictator, I decided to throw them out and outsource the work. Well, I clicked the accept button and the trouble began.
Its been three days now, and its still preparing to adopt.
Is there some rule about governments not working Friday-Monday? Is this just an annoying bug? Is this supposed to happen?

You chose one or two issues per weekday, yes? Guess what? Your legislators took the weekend off. You may have thought it started Thursday, but that's because your legislative capital is in a different time zone and the choice actually happened Friday, after everyone went home.

(In other words, you missed the Friday update. It'll get picked up in the Monday batch.)
