I have tried countless times, but when I try and replace my old flag with a new one I made, it uploads, then the old one just stays up the whole time. I tried getting rid of the old flag by replacing it with a non-custom flag, and then I uploaded the new flag, and the old one popped up again! I refreshed the page and it was still there and everything, why won't the old flag just go away?
