Got more endorsements, but still not delegate?

I have gotten 5 endorsements, and our "current" delegate only has 4. How long does it take to transfer power?

I think you have to wait until the game updates (I dunno what time that happens though)

Indeed. You must have patience (http://farm1.static.flickr.com/65/215531085_0a82897e8e.jpg).

the game updates about 11am UK time I think. If your current delegate has endorsed you and is clever then they can drop their endorsement of you just before the update and then re-endorse you just after it and you could be sitting for days thinking "This isn't right. I have 5 and he has 4...why am I not delegate"

Based on this and other threads, it's pretty obvious that the UN update didn't complete properly last night.
Your math is probably correct on the endorsement counts, but I don't have access to that level of detail or the ability to promote you, since the game usually does it automatically.
If it doesn't update tonight, we'll make sure an admin looks into the issue ASAP.
I had insomnia last night, and I noticed that NS went down, possibly during update time. Also, today's Featured Region is the same as yesterday's. I don't know if that means anything, but it does seem suspicious. Hopefully tomorrow's update will clear things up. *crosses fingers*

Yes, I restarted the game last night, so the update didn't complete. There's a new feature around, but I've decided to let people figure it out for themselves. 8)

Can we at least have a hint? It's something Delegates and Founders have been wanting for awhile now.

Suggestion: don't restart the game in the middle of an update :p

I'm noticing the list attached to the eject button is split in two halves. The second part includes nations who have recently left the region... we can now ban drive-by spamers! :D

Is it something that can be used to eject people? Is it something that can be used to approve or withdraw approval of UN proposals? Automatic updates for delegates and founders? A list of all nations of the region? Ban on ASCII art? Ah, FREE COOKIES FOR EVERYONE!
Meh. I'm neither a delegate nor a founder, so perhaps I won't be able to use it anyway. [/sour grapes]
*still can't find the new feature* :(:(:(

You can ban those who had just left the region? I mean, you can just eject, eject and ban, or ban?

Somehow just ejecting someone who isn't in the region anymore doesn't make any sense to me, so that just leaves placing on the banlist.
I just tested it. Just Eject on a nation which isn't in the region doesn't do anything at all (and it shouldn't), though it does mention the eject on the region page.

O.K. That should be fixed now. And no, the update wasn't running this time. 8)

Am I correct in assuming that such powers are off-limits to feeder regions? I have checked my own regional controls in The North Pacific, and had Moo-Cows of The Pacific to check his. Both were absent of such function. I can understand why Kandarin in TRR didn't have it, yet excluding the Pacifics? Should I be waiting a few days to get this, or were we intentionally forgotten?

I would hate to think that the feeders were forgotten with this handy little enhancement. We get many spammers in addition to recruiters that it would be nice to be able to eject and ban. If you have intentionally forgotten the feeders, I would ask you to reconsider.

Regions over a certain size don't get the pull down menu, therefore the pull down menu can't be modified. If you want to see if it works, put the nation to be banned in the text box.

Just did a test, and it seems to have worked. This tool is a wonderful addition to the game (especially the feeders), and I would like to express my appreciation to the Mods for implementing it.

As I said in this thread (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=534578), I'm pretty darn sure I noticed the updates not taking place at their usual time a while ago, way before Pyth's update (Thanks, Pyth! My region's already put the new feature to good use!). I only noticed it happening with the UN proposal list, but I then, I don't really pay any attention to the precise timing of delegacy changes. Even last night, after midnight here in the Eastern US, there were still proposals on the list that should've been gone already. Unless the time of the update has changed, and I didn't realize it. Please tell me I'm not losing my mind...
