So your population is supposed to grow everyday, right? Well if it is, mine's not. And where are the game times? As in, what part of the world are the times set in?

You should grow to 6 million pretty soon. It looks like you were created just a couple hours after the major update, so you missed that pop bump. If your population doesn't go trying jumping to another region and then back.

There's a set time, but I don't remember when it is right now.
In my timezone (Central Daylight Time), the update is in the middle of the night. After midnight and before I wake up at 5AM.
