Hello,
Just wondering, if a UN nation ceses to exist will I still be able to create a new one without being banned for having multiple UN's?

Yes. Not only can you create a new UN nation, you can still request restoration on your old nation without fear.

UN status dies with your nation, and is stripped on restoration for precisely this reason. File a Getting Help request (from the FAQ page) if you want your CTE nation back.

I was worried because I couldn't remember my UN nations name.
