I've been having a really annoying problem since I started yesterday. My nation got an issue when it was created, which was decided on. However, it has yet to be put into action. My population hasn't grown a bit since I started. I changed my settings for two issues per day and have yet to recieve any (other than the one I got when I started). When I looked in the Regional rankings, I wasn't even listed. Can anybody help me here? This is getting very fustrating. I've tried what the FAQ says to do and asked other nations for help, and it has gotten me nowhere. This is my last hope.

Move out of your region and back in. That will re-register you with the region, and stuff will happen (though not instantly - allow 24 hours).

my friend and I created a new region, maybe that will help.

Moving into a region is what helps. It doesn't matter which region. I only suggest moving out and in again because that's what most people do.
