I know that I've asked this just a while ago, but I forgot to check for replies.. :p
How do you make the writing in the Regional Factbook colourful?
And is there any way to view the founding date of a region or nation?

With nations you can usually check their Jolt profile and get it, with regions I don't think there is one.

The XML feed (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/XML_feed) shows your nation creation date, but not regions. I think the only dates we track in regions are related to UN Delegate aging, which are of course visible on the region page.
Pre-2004 (or somewhere around there), nations didn't have a founding date, so their XML shows 0 or blank.
