Well, I looked through the long list of rejected ideas and didn't see this one come up, so here goes...

How about a way to create flags embedded in the site?

In doing so you could be able to:
- Moderate any flags before they get posted (in case of retards who like offending people)
- Ensure proper size
- Encourage creativity
- Encourage individuality of the nations
- Make everyone feel smart ("Lookit mee! I mad mah own flagz!)

All you would need is a program that is paint-esque and set to a permanent size, from which you could save and then upload (or just save as your flag) the image created.

All in all, it took me about 10 minutes to make my flag.

Since players can already upload custom flags, this seems to be largely pointless. Furthermore, it would be a drain of resources to house a painting program.
