Sometime between when the sun goes down and the sun comes up again. It's like Santa Claus - if you try to stay awake for him, he doesn't come. But snatch a 10 second nap, and ... * PRESENTS * !

The default is one issue per weekday. Unless you change that in Settings, the Friday issue will still be pending until the Monday update.

And on the off chance you have it set to one a day, move out and back into your current region to make sure the issues will go through.

I'm pretty sure jolt is a british company, so I would assume that time zone.
Really? I live on the US's West Coast and my issues go into effect around 11 PM to 1 AM.
You're right, my mistake, I was talking about the forums. I live on the east coast and 'overnight' always seemed to occur right around midnight so it may be EST but I'm not entirely sure.
