and i hold up my hands it's probably already answered in some thread/sticky or another, but i for one havent been able to find it yet..i will keep searching though!

anyway, the question is; in my region "Project Rockstar" the founder doesnt appear to exist - so basically who's in charge? a delegate can be elected, i think, and that function isn't blocked, but there doesnt seem to be any other leader...

so either i'm missing their nation entirely, or a founderless region is just what it says on the tin?

It's pretty much 'what you see is what you get.' Looks like the founder of your region's been deleted (probably by timing out) and so, when there's no delegate, there's no 'leader'.

Thanks, thats what i expected really. Guess it just makes it a bit democratic then, assuming delegate can access regional control. Might be a good thing...

In a founderless region, the delegate can by default access the regional controls.
