I submitted a UN resolution (Protection of Industries Act) and well, for some reason, instead of displaying certain characters, it only displays partial code. To be specific, where it says:

“BE IT…” should read “BE IT:”

Or where it says:

“…resolution’s…” should read “resolution’s”

If you need it: I give the NS administrators and moderators the authorization to edit my resolution as needed.”

Any help on the matter would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I would copy it to Notepad or something similar from MS Word before submitting. MSWord uses special quotation marks and ellipses.

Compare: “ ” to: " "
