Has there ever been talk/debate about creating bill numbers for UN resolutions? I noticed that you can look at members' current votes on res before you vote on them, but i'm unaware of a place on the site to look up members voting history.

i know the webmaster has asked us in the faq's not to ask site maintenance questions as un resolutions, so i think this is the right place for this post. please let me know if i'm wrong.
