Your founder apparently doesn't want you to have the ability to kick people. Sorry.

Either I'm being really, really stupid, or you just gave me access to that regions control panel. :confused:
I could try it out, to see if I'm imagining things, but I'm guessing you probably wouldn't like that too much. :p

Go ahead, try it. You can't do anything unless you have granted access as a delegate or founder.
