Remember that the mods have never officially confirmed that list, or any of the others (orders in Civil/Economic/Political freedom rankings etc).
I'm not doubting Safalra, I know s/he do an incredible amount of research on these things. Just remember there's been no official confirmation.

Hmm... I could have sworn you lot used to refuse to officially confirm it. Maybe my memory's faulty, or something happened while I was away from the game to change Modly attitudes.
