Apologies if this has already been covered, but I can't seem to see the information about my status on proposals (whether or not I've approved) and the link to approve or withdraw approval is gone.

Only delegates can approve proposals, and you're not a delegate.
Given that your delegate was elected 312 days ago, and you haven't left the region in some time, I'd have thought this would be obvious before now. ... Just wondering what the trigger for this request was ...
