Could UN nations be given the power to reduce the endorsements that they've got by removing one or more specific nations from the list, as an alternative to getting rid of the entire list by leaving [at least until after the next update] either the UN or the region?
This would ease the transition of power in those regions where the Delegate position is supposed to be elective, help nations to stay below any "caps" on the numbers of allowed endorsements that their regions might set, and let people remove any endorsements by nations that they're embarrassed to receive support from...
(YEs, I do realise that one can TG nations who've provided endorsements and ask them to cease doing so, but of course there's no guarantee that they'll comply quickly enough...)
