I guess this is the place to ask my questions. :D
Bug reports, general help, ideas for improvements, and questions about how things are meant to work.
I have a number of questions about the UN Delegacy, and which nation would become Delegate in a number of situations. I know the following cases are very unlikely, but I'm just curious.
1. A region has been recently created, and there is currently no UN Delegate. During the day, Nation A and Nation B receive 2 endorsements each, and so at update time they both have the same number of endorsements. Let's just say both nations joined the region at the same time and they both have the same influence. What happens? Does anyone get the Delegacy?
2.Nation A is the UN Delegate in Region X. Nation A has 4 endorsements. During the day, Nation B and Nation C both get 5 endorsements, so that at update time, Nation B and Nation C have more endorsements than the current UN Delegate, but both nations have the same number of endorsements. Who gets the Delegacy?
3. Nation A is the UN Delegate of Region X. Nation A has 6 endorsements. During the day, Nation B gets 6 endorsements, so at update time, Nation A and Nation B both have the same number of endorsements. Who gets the Delegacy? Does influence play a role in this situation?
