Pure Thought

In several threads I've read, I've noticed that answers to posts appear to have displayed before the posts they're answering. I don't recall seeing this until about a week or so ago; now I've started seeing it more and more in different threads. Is there some reason why this has started to happen and can it be fixed?
Unfortunately I didn't make any record of sightings leading up to this decision that someone should say something, but if you go to example (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=520464), posts 16 by Maraque and 17 by MrWho are listed at 6:53 am of the same day. Post 17 is certainly prior in time to 16 since 16 quotes 17 and responds. Even allowing that the response is so short it could have occurred within the same 60 seconds, I don't see how it could have been posted for the responder to read it, click the "quote" button, wait for it to load, type a reply, click "send", and then have his response appear on the page before the post he's answering -- all in that minute.
I did see someone else comment on this phenomenon in a different thread, so it's not just me.
Sorry if this is insignificant, but it made me wonder if it were the precursor to an approaching system problem of greater consequence.
