Sorry to bother the community but when I go to nationstates.net all I get are three logos with bublewriting inside saying: ''TINYPIC (c) This image or video has been removed!''
My technical skills are so low I associate the word with techno. What do you think is happening?

All of the images on www.nationstates.net are hosted on our own servers, or on maxbarry.com. None of them have anything to do with tinypic.com.
I suspect that instead of seeing what's supposed to be there, you've contracted a bit of malware that is substituting ads or other sneaky stuff instead. It's fairly common for advertisers to sneak this into otherwise innocuous-looking packages that you downloaded to your browser. This is especially likely for people with low technical skills and a high degree of curiosity.
Look into running AdAware (http://www.download.com/Ad-Aware-SE-Personal-Edition/3000-8022_4-10045910.html?part=dl-ad-aware&subj=dl&tag=top5) or SpyBot (http://fileforum.betanews.com/detail/Spybot_Search_and_Destroy/1043809773/1) or one of the other malware removers. If you don't have an anti-virus program, a firewall, and a malware blocker running all the time, get a technical friend to help you get set up. It's an ugly Internet out there, and you need protection.
