Hi, i think it would be usefull if the messages lodged in the civil headquarters could also be edited after posted, what do you think?. I've read the faq and tried to search existing topics but didn't find anything related.

Given that the HQ can only hold 10 messages at a time, it seems a bit silly to allow editing of them. Most regions have messages that are only on there for a few days, some only a few hours. If you want better control, a regional forum would be a better idea.

I understand your point, my point was that i feel it wouldnt hurt regarding the coding of such function or would even be a risk in terms of overload to the servers having such an hability to edit messages.
From a personal opinion, taking in account what my region is all about, friends that started to play for fun, it would sometimes come in handy.
