I have some questions for which i seek answers...
So...
1. How can I reach my neighbors to make diplomacy.
2. How can I develop my coutry and where can I see coutry's stats (popultation, etc...)
3. How this game is working (generally)?

1. Well, you can't contact them diplomatically. You can send them a telegram though, by going onto any nation's page, and than writing a message in it. I would advise against roleplaying through that unless you know they are doing that. If you want to do diplomatic things, you would best be in the forums 'International Incidents' and 'NationStates'.
2. Anybody have a link to NSTracker or NSEconomy?
3. Well, in basic terms, you look at a bunch of choices, and pick the ones you like. The countries are all isolationistic, and there is an FAQ for the game that can answer this a lot better than I can. Look for it on the game. It should be a link on the left frame (A.K.A. the same box that the links to the forum is in)
