I told a couple of friends in an RPG forum about NationStates, and about half of those interested couldn't get in.
One of them realized that everyone who couldn't enter the site (www.nationstates.net) belonged to one of Argentina's largest bandwith providers, called Speedy.
Is the IP block blocked from entering the site?
