Delete my nation? and how do i delete my regions
1. Technically, it is impossible, but you can have it "invisible" after 28 days of logging off. To get it back, you would have to go to the "Getting Help" page though. Also what Flib said below.
2. Just kick out all nations, add a password, and than wait for the update. It'll go bye bye all by itself.

I believe you mean 28 days (60 if a nation is in "vacation mode") of not logging in.
