Undead Paint! Help Please!

I want to make a map. But whever I open up paint, it says "There are not enough memory or resources to complete operation. Close some programs and try again." Except there's no programs running. And when I do get into paint, it's impossible for me to upload the file. Would someone make a map for me (ask for description) or tell me what's wrong and how I can fix it?

Reboot. Some programs continue to use memory after they've been closed.
If that doesn't work, go find some Windows tech forums and ask there. While I see the NationStates connection, we're not really equipped to offer you Tech help on anything other than this game.

Most of them do.
If you use firefox, try closing it when you get that, and instead try to use IE. I don't like IE, but I know that firefox uses a ton of memory in comparison.
Other than that, try running an anti-virus check, as many viruses use up memory also! Then, check the program list for things that you don't use. Getting rid of those will free up your computer, and possibly free up some of the processes that start up automatically by some programs.

New Year's Resolution: Never buy the untested beta microsoft products again.
Closed some programs, and all that. Would someone please make a map for me, just ask for details, or tell me where I could make one online?
