Hello! A member of our region, Jivdoms reflection, has been awaiting approval for one week in order to have access to this forum. Is this not unusual? He keeps getting the message that "currently your account is awaiting for approval from a staff member", etc. He is keen to use the forum and is understandably frustrated. Any suggestions?

He should have gotten a validation email sent to his email address. In that email will be a link to validate his account. Moderators do not manually validate accounts.

Thank you. This is what I have told him and will reiterate this and hope it will work. However, the message he says he has received is as I've reported it, and another nation in our region says he had to wait, too.
