Okay, I don't even think there's a question about it. Yes, war can be a fun simulation, but it has already been established that this is just a country creating and managing simulation. We can't have people starting wars. If you want that, make your own website and allow it there. If you don't think you have the time, then you understand the issue about it being too complicated. By the way, not all of those smilies are quite what most would call "appropriate." So I think we should get rid of the bad ones.

What would the forums be without war and smilies? It's not like anyone is forcing you to do either, anyways.
And to further nullify your arguments:
-War is a fun bonus to NS. What is wrong with having more possibilities?
-RPing in the forums will have no visible effect on your country on NS
-What smilies do you think are "inappropriate?" Are we looking at the same ones?

Nobody can force you to fight wars in NS: If you're not interested in the idea then just ignore anybody who tries to attack you...
(Mind you, I agree about the smilies...)
