I am speaking on the behalf of another member who, even when they tried to post here, it did not work. And I quote:
"The nation "Zwangzug" is unable to post. To this end, a proxy account, "ZwangzugNS" has been registered. Is it possible for a moderator to give this account access to posting on NS forums?"

No. Only NationStates nations can post on NS forums. By bypassing us and going directly to Jolt account creation, Zwangzug has stepped outside of our process into realms we can't (and won't) address.
Instead of trying to fix the problem himself by creating THREE new Jolt accounts, perhaps it would have been a better idea to ask the mods to look into it via the Getting Help page, which exists for that purpose. As it is, he now has 4 accounts and no access. What he needs to do is get rid of that crappy aim.com email address and try again. They're the ones blocking his validation emails.
Gmail invitation sent.

She, actually. But I thank you for the help, rudeness notwithstanding.

The Getting Help page didn't seem appropriate. The "Other: Response to Moderator" implied that I'd already communicated with a moderator regarding another issue, none of which applied. I attempted to e-mail the administrator multiple times, and wasn't aware that the AIM mail could be the issue.
Thanks for the help, though.
