What are exact hours of new Issues appearing if they are set on two per day? Thanks for answers
during the main and secondary updates, about 12 hours apart. Common Guesses is 2-4AM EST.

The tech forum FAQ says 2-4AM for the "major" update and 2-4pm for the "minor" update, but this simply isn't the case. That is to say, it is sometimes, but definitely not always. I've seen the "minor" update be as late as past 7EST, and the "major" come before 1 EST.
To answer the topic poster's question, it's extremely sporadic. For one thing, the times are different from day to day, for another, it's different for each nation(yes, you read that right). During the "minor" update, Drahks(the nation of mine which updates first) updates over 2 hours(sometimes way more) before Clock Land(the nation of mine which updates last) does. And no it isn't because drahks is my first nation or clock land is my last, because neither is the case.
